screening process to select the best-qualified candidates for
each position. We use only Licensed Community Association Managers
(LCAM) who attend on-going training and education. Our property
managers assist the Board of Directors in maintaining your community

on hand to respond to your concerns in accordance with our "customer

- Immediate Attention to Work Orders
Work orders are processed within twenty-four hours of
receipt. The customer service department checks the status of each work order
by following up directly with the vendor.
- Emergency Response
First Choice Management is available for emergencies
24 hours a day, seven
days a week. We provide an answering service and on-call personnel
to assure that we can be reached promptly for emergency situations.
- Our goal is to develop an excellent working relationship
with each community through open dialog. We recognize that communication
is one of the important keys to successful property management.

community is unique and the criteria for management may vary. Being
a full service management company allows First Choice Management

- First Choice Management is one of the few
management companies that offer the services of on-site Certified
Public Accountants (CPAs). The accounting staff is available
to you and to the members of your community to answer any accounting
questions, which may arise. The staff can prepare your monthly
financial statements, yearly budget, delinquency reports and
owner accounts. In addition, the CPAs are able to prepare annual
reports and tax returns.
